The typical structure of the aluminum honeycomb panel adopts 0.5-1mm anti-rust aluminum sheet as outer layer, 0.5-1mm anti-rust aluminum sheet as inner layer and aluminum honeycomb core as middle layer. The panel is a kind of sandwich laminate after bonded, which is free from decolourisation after 10 years exposure to the air if its outer sheet is applied with layer of fluorocarbon coating.
